Pioneer has introduced 3 new models of browsers that offer an advanced guide, multimedia entertainment and connectivity with smartphones. The AVIC-F50BT, AVIC-F950BT and AVIC-F950DAB models include support for the iPhone 5 as well as a touchscreen WVGA high resolution between 6.1 and 7 inches, depending on model. They also offer a new interface maps with traffic information in real time, a new graphical user interface (GUI), the AppRadio Mode function to access and control the iPhone, Bluetooth, USB input and playback of DVD/CD/MP3 between other features.

IPhone 5 enhanced connectivity: new browsers offer a higher quality connection with Apple’s latest smartphone. This requires connecting the CD-IH202 kit Pioneer has developed for this purpose (sold separately) plus two Apple accessories (USB cable Lightning and Lightning Digital AV adapter).AppRadio Mode: full range of browsers including the Pioneer AppRadio Mode, which offers connectivity to iPhone and Android smartphones. With this feature, the user can access and control dozens of functions and applications directly from your smartphone touch screen browser. It supports models of iPhone 4, 4S and 5, as well as the latest versions of Android. Pioneer offers a catalog of own applications compatible with this system, but also signed agreements with developers of the world’s most used apps in the automotive field, so that in their updates include compatibility with AppRadio. There are currently over 40 supported applications and the list continues to grow each month.

Bluetooth Connectivity: comes built to allow wireless communication and data transfer with other Bluetooth-equipped devices.
