Remember the case involving Disney and Gina Carano
Former MMA fighter and actress, Gina Carano was fired from the series and from Disney as a whole in February 2021. During the period, the actress was heavily involved with the right-wing wing of American politics, especially on social media.
Carano was criticized for complain about the mask policy amid the covid-19 pandemic, in addition to accuse the presidential elections of fraud which culminated in the defeat of Donald Trump. The last straw, however, was a publication suggesting that being a Republican in the US was like being a Jew during the Holocaust.

The businessman says he is open to defending other people who would have been fired from Disney for similar reasons. A few months ago, X established a financial reserve to help people who were allegedly harmed in the workplace for defending their beliefs online.
